The production process of organic frozen vegetables starts with the reception of raw material (organic vegetables). After cleaning, washing and inspection stages, organic veggies are trimmed, pitted and cut (for diced and sliced organic frozen vegetables). After the blanching stage, organic vegetables are cooled down, sorted and passed through cooling tunnels in order to perform the individual quick freezing process. After the final grading and packaging in to desired bulk pack sizes, IQF organic vegetables (Individually Quick Frozen) are transferred in to the cold storage. In addition to the individual quick freezing process, sometimes organic vegetables are block frozen in order to be processed further for the production of organic vegetable puree and similar organic ingredients.
